Smokin’ Barrels began with one man on an endless pursuit to stretch the limits of brisket, smoke, and sauce.
We’re known for our unique approach to traditional southern barbecue, with a new-age approach (and attitude). We believe in the sacred trinity of brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, served with potato salad, coleslaw, and beans on the side.
We’re faithful to smokin’ every football Sunday, and of course, our unwavering commitment to support our local ranchers, to prepare all sides and sauces in house, and to serve meat that is only cooked on live fire smokers.
